I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail. Did you receive my order ?
No! You always receive an automatic confirmation e-mail. You didn't get one? Check your spambox or the deleted items. If the confirmaton e-mail (from info@mengelmoez.com) is not there, we did NOT get your order. You can try to order again (don't worry about a double order, you can always cancel an order) or order by phone at 06-40007545. 

NOTE! When you place an order, you come to a point where you can print out your order. That is not the last page! You still have one page to go to actually place the order. This is where it usually goes wrong :-)

Can I only pick up my order in Amsterdam North?
You can also order and pick up products from our curl consultant Tes van Tuijn in Leiden. If you prefer that, please call or e-mail her: curlconsulente@hotmail.com / 06-11534751.
